A Certified Medical Interpreter is now available to research teams for the seamless execution of their clinical protocols. Spanish translation services are available for both investigator initiated and industry sponsored trials.This new service bridges a long-standing gap in the research infrastructure at MCW and our partner hospitals – Froedtert and Children’s Wisconsin.
This service will include:
Consenting of research subjects
Interpretation and translation during research visits – in-person and over phone
Assistance with study specific questionnaires/patient diaries
Translation of study documents – English to Spanish and back translated to English
PLEASE NOTE:
Prior scheduling is required. We are not able to accommodate last minute or ad-hoc requests
Translator will only conduct agreed upon activities and not the entire research visit
Execution of a Letter of Agreement is required prior to commencement of services
