The CRDW will not be refreshed the week of September 2

Refresh Scheduled for Froedtert & Children's Data

  • Every Wednesday at 5 p.m. i2B2 & Honest Broker are refreshed
    • Be sure to log out prior to 5pm to avoid losing your work
    • TriNetX data gets updated within a few days after the Wednesday refresh
  • Children's Data Freshness Alert
    • CSG physician/professional billing data will not include service dates after 12/31/2023 during the conversion to Epic PB. We do not know when 2024 data will begin to flow again to the CRDW.

Additional Data Resources

  • Genomic Data Delivery Service
    • Investigators who require need raw genomic data (VCF, BAM, FASTQ files) can request this by completing the linked form
    • All genomic data provided through this service is considered identifiable – an IRB approval is required before data can be sent to an investigator
    • Please identify your patient cohort BEFORE submitting the request for genomic data
  • ENACT (Accrual to Clinical Trials) Network SHRINE Query Tool
    • Research teams can explore and validate feasibility for clinical studies across the NCATS Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA) consortium. Over 40 CTSA sites are configured to return cohort feasibility counts!
