Refresh Schedule for Froedtert & Children's Data
- Every Wednesday at 5 p.m. i2B2 & Honest Broker are refreshed
- Be sure to log out prior to 5pm to avoid losing your work
- TriNetX data gets updated within a few days after the Wednesday refresh
- Standard refresh pauses include the weeks of Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.

- Molecular Tumor Board (MTB) Data Delivery Service
- Investigators on the MTB protocol can use this form to request raw genomic data files (VCF, BAM, FASTQ).
- Please identify your patient cohort before using this request form. If you need help identifying a cohort, please start with the CRDW intake form.
- Note: Raw genomic data files may not be available for all patients or from all vendors (Foundation, Tempus, Guardant, Ambry, Caris). We do our best to find and deliver all available data.
