The CTSI Child Advancement Network (CAN) has been working collaboratively with our healthcare community sector partner, Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Family Health Center, to share Vroom literature and information. Vroom posters are now placed in exam rooms and hallways and Vroom literature is available at check-in and nurses’ stations.
Vroom folders with a variety of information and tools were created and are given to families during well child visits for children ages 0 to 5. As of 2/5/21, 100 Vroom folders have been distributed to families. An educational Vroom presentation was completed for 5 clinic staff; and 40 faculty, residents and staff were invited to a Vroom presentation on December 23, 2020.
