As of today, CTSI has consolidated a number of CTSI Service Request forms into one central form. This change is intended to make it easier and less confusing for customers looking to request CTSI services. The following service cores now have one single request form:
Adult TRU
Pediatric TRU
VA TRU
Community TRU
Mobile TRU
TRU Core Lab
CTSI Clinical Trials Office
Biostatistics
Bionutrition Services
As requests are submitted to CTSI, appropriate core leaders will be automatically notified depending on the cores and services requested. The notification email will have a link to the just-submitted record, a PDF of the service request attached, as well as a listing of each core selected in the request.
We hope this will streamline communication for our customers and make communication between CTSI service cores more efficient.
