About the Program

Joining Forces leverages DoD-Civilian partnerships to decrease preventable injury deaths, facilitate clinical knowledge exchanges, and increase the clinical readiness for Military Medical Providers.

Through inter-agency collaboration, research, education, training and outreach, Joining Forces works to prevent and reduce injury deaths and disabilities while improving care of injured patients, whether on the battlefield or in our local communities. We are a distinguished leader in this field because we are:

  • The premier clinical training partner of the US Department of Defense.
  • A pioneer in DoD-related biomedical and health science research.
  • A team of quality-driven, dedicated, and innovative providers who strive to improve the health of the communities we serve.
