CTSI Participates in MCW New Faculty Orientation

On Monday, July 9th CTSI participated in the MCW New Faculty Orientation. During the morning session, Dr. Reza Shaker, Senior Associate Dean for Clinical and Translational Science and CTSI Director welcomed incoming faculty and provided a brief description of CTSI and the services offered to investigators. New faculty were able to learn more about CTSI programs and resources by visiting our information table in the Alumni Center.  Later in the afternoon, new faculty had an opportunity to attend a presentation about how the CTSI website is the portal to all services and resources available to them. About 20 new faculty took the opportunity to sign-up for CTSI membership using the readily available computers to complete the online application and over 40 attended the website presentation sessions. CTSI staff enjoyed meeting the new faculty and look forward to collaborating with them in the future!
